Spesso launches new brunch concept on the 12th floor

On 10 October, Spesso launches a brand-new brunch concept twelve floors above Malmskillnadsgatan. The brunch has its own menu, allowing guests to order as many Italian dishes as they like for a fixed price. Alongside the à la carte selection, freshly baked pinsa is served straight from the oven, followed by a generous dessert table.

Spesso is expanding its restaurant offering with a new brunch concept, served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 October. A new brunch menu has been created where Italian classics meet Spesso’s own interpretations. Dishes are ordered throughout the meal and served to the table as you go.

For SEK 395, guests can order as many dishes as they like from the brunch menu. The selection includes dishes such as fried lasagna, Italian meatballs and porchetta with chicharron, tomato and sage mayonnaise. Pinsa is baked to order and served straight from the oven, followed by a generous dessert table.

“We wanted to create a brunch that feels like something entirely its own at Spesso. As always, the menu takes its starting point in Italian cuisine, interpreted in our own way. The ambition is to create a weekend brunch with plenty of personality and a clear Spesso character,” says Anton Surtell, restaurateur at Spesso.

Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11.30, with the first service on 10 October. The price is SEK 395 per person and bookings are now open.
