We at Spesso are very proud to announce that our head sommelier and restaurant manager, Janni Berndt Dahl, has been nominated for the Stellagalan 2024 as Stella Sommelier. Being nominated for this prestigious award is a recognition of the skill and dedication that Janni brings to her work every day. Stellagalan highlights women who have made significant contributions to gastronomy and the industry, and Janni is no exception.
Janni has done a fantastic job developing Spesso’s wine list, creating a fine balance between tradition and innovative ideas. She is also the first Swedish woman to be honored with the title of Champagne Knight by the l’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne – a title that reflects her deep knowledge and passion for wine.
